Description
• Acts as a business HR partner to assigned leaders, functioning as HCM consultant on business and HR related matters. • Provides effective performance management guidance to management • Guides both short and long-term decisions within the business unit. • Designs and delivers broad learning to leaders to build capability in alignment to key HR priorities.
Requirements
• Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field • Typically requires 15 years of experience in organizational development consulting • 10 years of progressive management experience in HR strategic planning • Experience working in a complex healthcare organization is a plus • SHRM-CP, -SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred
