Description

• We are looking for a tech-savvy product marketer with excellent content writing, creative thinking, and marketing communication skills to support the growth of our Cyber Security SaaS product • This role offers the opportunity to own and coordinate the creation of impactful product collateral, write customer-facing copy, and translate technical product capabilities into exciting value propositions that resonate with buyers across various mediums (digital, web, video, etc.) • If you enjoy being hands-on and are seeking the chance to directly influence the growth and success of our products, this role offers the right candidate a great opportunity to make their mark and develop their career in a successful and rapidly expanding small business

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience in a SaaS environment, with expertise in content marketing • Knowledge of the cybersecurity or the IT market • Demonstratable experience working with customer lifecycle management software • Experience with tools such as Intercom and Zapier (or similar) • Demonstrated understanding of how product marketing drives growth and product success • Ability to distil technical information accurately and present it clearly • Proven ability to generate and deliver targeted content throughout the customer journey • Strong copywriting and marketing skills across multiple channels, including web, email, and video • Experience in creating briefs and managing external suppliers to produce high-quality marketing collateral • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills with minimal supervision • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively across departments • Proficiency in data analysis to extract meaningful customer insights and drive marketing strategies
