📋 Description
• You will lead the customer Strategy & Operation pod for our Going Out product. • Own critical pieces of our strategy including go to market, merchandising, product interactions, conversion and retention; as well as new product incubation, testing, and launch. • This role will have 3-4 direct reports so people management experience is required. • This is a highly visible, highly cross-functional role that interfaces daily with product, marketing, analytics and sales.
🎯 Requirements
• You have 8+ years of experience in a role in strategy & operations, business planning, consulting, or product marketing (advertising experience a plus). • You have a proven track record of successfully owning revenue or growth goals, leading complex projects, and working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment. • You’re a data-driven problem solver who is fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and have basic/intermediate+ SQL experience. • You thrive while wearing multiple hats and working across a variety of projects and workstreams.
