Description

β€’ Design, develop, and maintain advanced custom reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday, focusing on HR metrics, payroll, learning, talent management, and organizational performance. β€’ Create ad-hoc reports and perform data analysis to provide insights into trends, employee performance, turnover, compensation, and other key functions. β€’ Provide training and guidance to teams on how to access, interpret, and use Workday reports and analytics effectively. β€’ Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday reporting capabilities and assist users in leveraging the system to meet business needs. β€’ Provide support for end-users, answering questions, and resolving issues related to Workday reporting.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. β€’ 5+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, specifically Workday, with a focus on reporting. β€’ Expertise in Workday reporting tools such as Workday Report Writer (advanced, matrix, and composite), BIRT, Prism Analytics, and Workday's calculated fields. β€’ Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and business metrics across areas such as HR, talent management, payroll, learning, compensation, and performance management. β€’ Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex data models, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights. β€’ Experience with data governance and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems. β€’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear, concise reporting to various stakeholders. β€’ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
