Description

• Advocate for CareSource strategic priorities in Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare • Develop and implement government relations program to position CareSource positively • Collaborate with state trade associations on policy issues • Monitor and research industry, policy, and regulatory changes • Engage with national stakeholders like Governor’s Associations and Congress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health/public policy or related field or equivalent work experience required • Relevant master’s degree preferred • Minimum of eight (8) years of senior leadership experience in public sector/not-for-profit policy development and advocacy required • Minimum of five (5) years planning and strategy development experience required • Minimum three (3) years of experience with Medicaid & Medicare managed care required
