Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (sales experience is a plus but not required). • An entrepreneurial drive with the ability to make decisions in challenging environments. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships and trust quickly. • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to thinking. • Willingness to embrace uncertainty and display a high level of adaptability. • Strong growth mentality and bias for action. • Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding work location. • Ability to learn and be open to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return. • Native proficiency in English. • Experience in logistics and/or air freight is a plus. • Fluency in any other European languages.
