Description

β€’ Take ownership of the growth in your region by selling cargo.one pro to local freight forwarder teams. β€’ Carry a quota and drive sales deals full-cycle, from initial call to demo to closing. β€’ Work with our product and marketing teams to both improve the product and local and global marketing campaigns to facilitate rapid expansion. β€’ Be the voice of freight forwarders in your region and work together with our product team to make sure our offering meets their needs. β€’ Represent cargo.one in your local region as an entrepreneurial ambassador. β€’ Build strong relationships with the local freight forwarders. β€’ Ensure our offerings are competitive and collaborate with local partners to provide the best customer experience.

Requirements

β€’ At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (sales experience is a plus but not required). β€’ An entrepreneurial drive with the ability to make decisions in challenging environments. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships and trust quickly. β€’ Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to thinking. β€’ Willingness to embrace uncertainty and display a high level of adaptability. β€’ Strong growth mentality and bias for action. β€’ Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding work location. β€’ Ability to learn and be open to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return. β€’ Native proficiency in English.
