🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. • Prior experience in agriculture, food, nutrition, and health is favorable but not required. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders. • Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales management platforms. • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Goal-oriented and driven by results, with a proactive approach to challenges. • Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. • Passion for making the food system better!
