Description

• Outside Sales Representatives focus on meeting the major needs of solar installers. • They work to find solutions for their customers that incorporate their company’s products and services. • Provides customers with technical insights of solar-electric (PV) systems and components.

Requirements

• Highly organized and self-directed. • Able to manage priorities and make fast decisions. • Able to build relationships with local solar installers through prospecting, cold calling and networking effectively. • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, presentation and written communication skills. • Excellent time management, ability to stay motivated and drive results. • Display professionalism in appearance and mannerisms. • Ability to hit monthly revenue targets and hold oneself accountable for doing so.
