• Outside Sales Representatives focus on meeting the major needs of solar installers • They work to find solutions for their customers that incorporate products and services • The role provides customers with technical ins and outs of solar-electric (PV) systems • Accountable for decisions that support BayWa inventory health and customer needs • Stay on top of industry trends and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and operations team to demonstrate resources and expertise
