• Join a rapidly growing company revolutionizing the transportation industry! • As a Regional Sales Hunter, you’ll be a consultative sales professional responsible for revenue growth and market share penetration by closing new deals with large and enterprise customer accounts. • Conduct sales pitches and presentations with nationwide large and enterprise customer accounts • Develop and execute a business plan that will generate hyper revenue growth and exceed the sales quotas set by the company • Travel required - at least 50% travel, overnight included
• 5+ years of outside sales experience required, specifically selling drayage, intermodal, LTL, local market, short-haul, same day/next day, and P&D solutions • Experience selling to freight forwarders, NVOCC's, BCO's, 3PL's, and warehouse providers • Highly competitive and motivated Hunter mentality • Ability to transition your own book of business and/or contacts • Experience with complex enterprise sales, identifying pain points, and delivering solutions • Experience driving revenue with large, national customers/shippers • Proven industry track record of winning new business and building strategic partnerships • Ability to articulate client strategies by using industry knowledge to expand business opportunities • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections • Accountability and ability to prioritize daily tasks
