Description

•Ensure customer satisfaction through regular status reviews. •Achieve and exceed product and business growth targets. •Drive and monitor actions within cross-functional teams. •Maintain customer dashboards and track initiatives. •Work with customer factories to ensure quality expectations are met. •Identify new business opportunities and support proposals. •Conduct competitive analysis and market trend evaluation.

Requirements

•Bachelors degree •6+ years of experience in development and execution of product strategies for customers •3 + years of experience leading people in cross functional organization •3+ years of experience managing accounts and relationships with diverse sets of customers in US & Europe •Masters degree (Preferred) •3+ years of experience in the electronics space with hardware, software or firmware products (Preferred) •HVAC controls experience (Preferred) •Project and program management (Preferred)
