Description

• Correspondent Account Executive develops and maintains mortgage loan production. • Call on potential or existing customers to develop new business. • Act as a liaison between Sellers and loan operations. • Expected to spend more than half of working time outside of any office.

Requirements

• Demonstrated sales skills • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of correspondent loan production. • Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills • Excellent organizational skills with ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change • Knowledge of loan program development and mortgage servicing • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • 1 – 5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive.
