Description

• Responsible for developing and maintaining Correspondent mortgage loan production for various loan products. • Contacts and sets appointments with new and existing Correspondent Accounts. • Advises Sellers of Company programs, pricing and submission policies and procedures. • Assists Sellers in loan submission process. • Trains Sellers on use of available online systems for loan submissions, automated underwriting, rate sheets and loan lock procedures. • Manages loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements

• Demonstrated sales skills • Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of all aspects of correspondent loan production. • Verification of past employment including income is required. • Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills • Excellent organizational skills with ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change • Knowledge of loan program development, mortgage program marketing materials, loan servicing and origination systems required • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • 1 – 5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive with multiple Sellers, investors and loan products
