Description

β€’ Identify, develop, outreach plans and maintain documentation in the CRM β€’ Engage in outbound call activity to prospect for customers β€’ Follow up on leads as a result of marketing initiatives β€’ Conduct technology demonstrations β€’ Engage in written and verbal correspondence to win and maintain new business β€’ Build awareness around the LS&S Brand β€’ Run outbound call prospecting campaigns β€’ Work closely and coordinate with marketing and direct sales teams β€’ Ability to identify potential decision maker of organization β€’ Regularly track activity in CRM β€’ Grow satisfied client relationships β€’ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree required β€’ At least one year of telesales experience required β€’ Must have demonstrable CRM systems experience required; preferably Salesforce β€’ Previous dialer or campaign cadence software experience β€’ Proven ability to work in a metrics-driven sales environment β€’ Library operational or library sales experience β€’ Thorough knowledge of strategic selling β€’ Strong communicator and a highly competitive teammate β€’ Risk-taker and willingness to accept rejection β€’ Ability to quickly bond with prospects, control the sales cycle, quickly and thoroughly qualify and close opportunities β€’ Process oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple, diverse projects β€’ Ability to work independently and be a self-starter β€’ Have proven writing ability in conjunction with excellent presentation skills
