Description

• Carrot Fertility is seeking an Account Executive to lead new business growth across Canada. • Responsible for sourcing new opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service. • Build a strong sales pipeline while also closing deals and exceeding sales targets. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to onboard clients and influence product roadmap. • Communicate Carrot’s unique value proposition effectively to prospects and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling into mid to large enterprises in the employer health benefits space • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently • Experience working with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits • Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
