Requirements

• Proven experience (4+ years) in Sales Enablement or sales training roles, preferably in a high-growth, technology-driven company or healthcare-related industry • Experience working in the digital health space with a rapidly expanding sales team • Strong understanding of the health benefits sales processes and a track record of successfully enabling sales teams to achieve and exceed targets • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure success • Experience working with sales enablement tools (Highspot) and CRM platforms • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • High attention to detail with ability to lead cross-functional projects autonomously • Champion of learning and development who fosters continuous improvement and professional development within the team. • Preferred experience developing and executing sales enablement strategies across diverse global markets • Ideally, passionate about Carrot’s mission to achieve fertility care for all
