Description

• Manage day-to-day operations and financials for eight real estate companies. • Serve as the primary point of contact across companies, ensuring smooth operations. • Oversee logistics and drive performance through effective management of KPIs. • Implement and execute the CEO’s vision across the family of companies. • Monitor and report on KPIs across all companies. • Develop executive dashboards showing key metrics and performance highlights. • Manage all legal and compliance matters, providing financial oversight. • Conduct one-on-one meetings with key leaders and manage personnel changes. • Solve operational challenges independently, escalating critical issues to the CEO. • Ensure collaboration between marketing firm, wholesaling, and funds companies. • Translate complex reports into clear updates for the CEO. • Continuously seek to improve operational efficiency and revenue streams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-level operations and business management across multiple companies or divisions. • Strong ability to understand and execute the CEO’s vision while maintaining operational focus across diverse industries. • Expertise in tracking, analyzing, and managing KPIs to align with strategic goals and drive company success. • Experience in creating executive-level dashboards that highlight performance, wins, and challenges at a glance. • In-depth knowledge of legal, compliance, and financial matters, including budget management and risk mitigation. • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in performance management, hiring, disciplinary actions, and personnel development. • Ability to solve complex problems independently, while bringing critical issues to the CEO for decision-making. • Strong communication and reporting skills, capable of simplifying complex data for easy understanding by the CEO. • A track record of driving profitability through continuous improvements in operational efficiency and revenue generation. • Experience acting as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering actionable insights for business growth.
