• 5+ years provider network development • Extensive experience working with large health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and/or individual physician practices • Impeccable professionalism, presence, and credibility in front of highly distinguished and experienced health care administrators and clinicians • Deep knowledge of and experience with provider rate negotiation • Experience with bundled payments and orthopedics are a plus • Expertise in all aspects of the sales cycle, including sourcing leads, performing initial outreach, developing relationships, and securing buy-in • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills; able to engage with all levels of an organization • Relentless drive to find creative ways to meet your goals • Service-orientation - you bring a spirit of generosity to your interactions with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, always seeking to go above and beyond • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
