📋 Description
• Senior CRM Analyst works as a subject matter expert for Salesforce.com • Provides excellent customer service and serves as a liaison across departments • Manages production support queues and new development tasks • Assists with data import/export activities and system audits • Expected to work independently with minimal supervision, mentoring other team members
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Must have deep working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ • Must have deep working knowledge of Salesforce Billing • Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification • Proficiency in Copado CI/CD tool is a plus • Strong SOQL skills • Ability to thrive in an agile environment and operate well under ambiguity • Excellent analytical, research and follow up skills • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field • Any other Salesforce Certifications are a plus • Ability to read / understand Apex code is a plus
