β€’ Lead a sales team (7) located across Canada & US in securing new municipal clients β€’ Drive new sales and manage sales team to drive quota achievement β€’ Work collaboratively with management and sales operations β€’ Demonstrate a consultative sales approach to uncover municipalities’ pain points

Requirements

β€’ Sales experience in SaaS and/or GovTech is preferred β€’ Experience managing people and coaching a team to success β€’ Ability to empathize and listen to prospective customers and value selling β€’ Ability to effectively present information one-on-one, small group, and larger audiences β€’ Ability to identify potential opportunities and possible solutions for prospects β€’ Appreciation of technology and ability to communicate complex concepts into simple terms β€’ Experience with local government software is an asset
