• The Analyst, Sales Execution is an integral part of the best-in-class Space and Shopper-First Shelf programs at Constellation. • This role is critical for effective data management, analytics, reporting and space team support that make our programs come to life. • This role will also play a crucial part in testing and developing new tools that will bring our programs to the next level in the years to come. • The Analyst will also develop and communicate effective presentations to a broad audience of sales leadership on a bi-weekly basis for our Sales Execution Calls. • Act as main POC for all Space Teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience is required, with emphasis in data analysis and modeling. • 2-4 years’ experience in a strategic planning or reporting role within consumer package goods industry strongly preferred. • Strong attention to detail and results-orientation, with the ability to consistently meet commitments and deadlines. • Highly developed interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to influence and drive consensus. • Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, preferably has practical experience with PowerBI. • Demonstrated ability to manage or create large datasets and models. • Strategic and analytical thinker, with the ability to investigate the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers. • Some domestic travel required (5-10%).
