• The Senior Analyst, Sales Execution will play a crucial role in synthesizing data to create impactful sell stories that convey sales execution performance and opportunities. • This role will provide actionable analysis on key sales metrics such as volume, distribution, space and Shopper-First Shelf. • These metrics are essential for Constellation Brands Beer Division achieving overarching performance goals. • This position will provide ongoing support & collaboration with other departments on strategic needs for the Beer Sales Team as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience is required, with emphasis in data analysis and modeling • 3-5 years’ experience in a strategic planning or reporting role within consumer package goods industry strongly preferred • Familiarity with IRI, IQ and BI required • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, preferably has practical experience with PowerBI • Strong attention to detail and results-orientation, with the ability to consistently meet commitments and deadlines • Highly developed interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to influence and drive consensus • Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to manage or create large datasets and models • Strategic and analytical thinker, with the ability to investigate the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers • Some domestic travel required (5-10%).
