• Under general direction from a sales manager, the Sales Executive works from an assigned client list • Close new business for Inmar – a new client or a new product solution for an existing client – or to renew sales contracts • Perform outbound cold calls to generate leads and new sales opportunities • Respond to inbound requests as assigned • Mine existing accounts for expansion opportunities across the Inmar portfolio • Prepare and deliver product presentations, including product demonstrations online • Identify key decision makers within the client’s team • Document new opportunities in salesforce.com; properly disposition assigned opportunities and manage follow up tasks appropriately • Serve as an internal sales resource to non-sales departments as requested
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 3-5 years of related work experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this position • Experience with CPG manufacturers, Ad Agencies or Retailers, a plus • Experience in developing and winning business in a highly competitive environment • Ability to sell across products and a variety of different solutions including digital coupons and various media such as transactional, moments and social • Ability to negotiate contracts, deal with price pressure and successfully resolve with strong profit margins • Ability to discern the solution that is best for the customer and the value range they are willing to pay • Strong questioning skills and the patience to hear customer out • Good decision making, knowing when to leverage additional resources to move deals past obstacles • Able to compose professional business correspondence, proposals and reports • Ability to think strategically and think “outside of the box” • Proficient in Salesforce with the ability to quickly learn other sales technologies • Ability to work remotely
