β€’ Mursion provides an award-winning upskilling platform trusted by top companies to measurably improve employees' interpersonal intelligence and build stronger organizations. β€’ Mursion is a well-funded Series B startup that is backed by future of work and Edtech investing veterans. β€’ We seek talented people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, who are inspired by our mission. β€’ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. β€’ In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging enterprise clients, crafting tailored sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. β€’ As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through multithreaded engagements, including C-level executives. β€’ You will craft and deliver high-impact presentations, and clearly communicate complex business solutions in a persuasive and compelling manner.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 10 years sales experience, with 5+ years of quota-carrying, enterprise sales experience. β€’ Track record of over-achieving quota β€’ Experience leading and closing 6+ month, multi-buyer, $500k+ deals. β€’ Demonstrated success in partnering with and selling to HR Executives (CHRO, CLO, CPO, etc.) β€’ Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for executive communication. β€’ Experience using a CRM (Hubspot is a plus) to manage sales process β€’ Self starter that is process driven, organized, and can be agile in a startup selling environment β€’ Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
