β€’ Join CEEZER as a Senior Account Executive β€’ Drive revenue growth by generating new business β€’ Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close β€’ Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions β€’ Deliver a value-based selling experience to customers β€’ Engage with prospective customers to understand their sustainability strategy and carbon credit needs β€’ Ensure customers achieve their net-zero goals and business objectives β€’ Maintain and manage the customer pipeline in our CRM platform β€’ Work closely with Solutions team to develop high-quality carbon portfolios β€’ Partner with Marketing to leverage campaigns that drive engagement and leads β€’ Attend conferences and travel as needed for networking opportunities

Requirements

β€’ Extensive Enterprise Sales experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles β€’ Fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus β€’ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring enterprise clients β€’ Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including account planning and pipeline management β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment β€’ Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a compelling manner to C-level executives and lawyers β€’ Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment β€’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently β€’ Experience in sustainability, or the Voluntary Carbon Market is a plus
