• Chainlink Labs is seeking a Head of Americas, Business Development to represent its products. • The role is strategic, engaging with key stakeholders in capital markets. • You will manage relationships with financial institutions to drive revenue growth. • Influence CLL’s product roadmap and represent CLL at industry events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in capital markets software or services sales. • Proven track record of consistently achieving enterprise software sales targets. • Deep expertise working with market infrastructures, asset managers, and commercial banks. • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives with confidence. • Strong experience negotiating complex commercial and contractual framework agreements. • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—able to build something from the ground up (e.g., startup, new department, or initiative). • In-depth understanding of the Real World Asset (RWA) landscape, including challenges and opportunities for scaling. • Experience working within regulated industries, particularly in capital markets or financial services. • Experience working with digital assets, blockchain technologies, or decentralized finance (DeFi). • Previous experience within a leading financial services provider or fintech company. • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with a credible stage presence for representing CLL at industry events. • Proven ability to lead and scale initiatives, businesses, or departments from scratch.
