📋 Description

• Nemours is seeking an IS Business Applications Senior Analyst (Hospital Billing) for the Remote position supporting Epic's Hospital Billing Application. • This position is responsible for providing advanced systems analysis and technical support to ensure the efficient and accurate utilization of the Nemours IS Business Applications, bedside technology and electronic medical record. • Senior Analysts have a prominent role in configuring and maintaining the integrity of IS Business applications and functions as the technology/application subject matter expert to business customers. • Additionally, this position is responsible for managing software maintenance to ensure compliance with vendor, regulatory and contractual requirements. • This role includes acting as a proactive change agent and catalyst to advance the strategic mission of Nemours as well as leading in the protection of data and systems integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required. • Minimum of five (5) + years experience required. • Strong software and application knowledge. • Prior clinical and electronic medical record experience. • Applications specific certifications as required. • Project Management, Windows Server Administration, SQL, Basic Network certification preferred. • Hospital billing experience preferred. Epic application support experience preferred.
