• Checkmarx is the leader in application security • Support sales leaders and teams through process improvement, operational execution, and strategic guidance • Partner closely with sales executives and senior leadership to shape growth • Create operational excellence with best practice sharing across the sales organization • Drive timely and effective communication to cross-functional stakeholders • Make data-driven recommendations to improve productivity and performance • Work as a trusted advisor to Sales teams on commercial practices • Drive business process, workflow creation, and productivity improvement initiatives • Identify opportunities for process optimization and provide recommendations • Oversee governance of all Sales Policies and run routine audits • Own projects and successfully drive to completion • Manage CRM data integrity and assist the sales team with tasks

Requirements

• 4-5 Years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance • 3+ years of experience working with, supporting, and advising Sales and other cross-functional teams • Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com • Strong communication and documentation skills • Energetic, dedicated, and self-driven • Ability to work independently within a team environment • Outgoing and comfortable building cross-functional relationships • Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable with organizational changes in a fast-moving environment • Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance and proposing solution • Ability to handle through conversations and drive consensus on complex and difficult subjects • Strong sense of ownership and accountability • A good sense of humor
