Description

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and initiate outbound calls • Ensure the success of clients by providing guidance on product selection • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers • Effectively close orders generated from inbound leads through direct sales efforts • Log all sales activities, future tasks, and customer insights in Salesforce • Establish one-on-one relationships with customers, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor • Deliver fast and responsive customer support • Get to know the market and our customers’ needs inside out • Strategically build and nurture a book of business focusing on generating annual recurring revenue

Requirements

• A college degree is a plus, but what's more important is your drive and ability to succeed • Minimum of 5 years of proven industrial sales experience • Strong mechanical skills and a knack for technical details • Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software • Ability to proactively generate new business opportunities • Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills • Strong cold-calling, networking, and appointment-setting skills • Excellent presentation skills • Demonstrates superior proficiency in closing deals and negotiating agreements • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service • Possesses tenacity, a relentless sales drive, and a strong desire to win • Demonstrates the ability to be a great listener on sales calls • Ready to thrive in a non-stop, 24/7/365 environment • You have a strong desire to win and the best in your field • High energy and a curious mind that always wants to learn more • You’re passionate about becoming an expert in your area
