• A college degree is a plus, but what's more important is your drive and ability to succeed. • Minimum of 5 years of proven industrial sales experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong mechanical skills and a knack for technical details to help explain the benefits of PavePro’s Asphalt Production Solutions clearly to clients. • Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software, with hands-on experience managing customer data, pipelines, and sales activities. • Ability to proactively generate new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with clients, leveraging a strategic approach to identify and capitalize on sales prospects. • Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and managing a busy schedule to maximize productivity and drive sales outcomes. • Strong cold-calling, networking, and appointment-setting skills. • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to ask questions, identify with the prospect or customer as a consultant and business partner to solve problems. • Demonstrates superior proficiency in closing deals and negotiating agreements. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels. • Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction and building lasting relationships. • Possesses tenacity, a relentless sales drive, and a strong desire to win. • Demonstrates the ability to be a great listener on sales calls.
