📋 Description

• Lead Engagement and Outreach: Respond promptly to inbound leads and initiate outbound calls to introduce potential clients to PavePro products. • Customer Success Management: Ensure the success of clients by providing guidance on product selection and offering consistent follow-up support. • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. • Order Closing: Effectively close orders generated from inbound leads through direct sales efforts. • CRM Data Management: Log all sales activities, future tasks, and customer insights in Salesforce. • Consultative Selling: Establish one-on-one relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations for cross-selling and upselling. • Customer First Attitude: Deliver fast and responsive customer support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues without delay. • Market and Product Expertise: Get to know the market and our customers’ needs inside out. • Build Recurring Revenue: Strategically build and nurture a book of business focusing on generating annual recurring revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Educational Background : A college degree is a plus, but what's more important is your drive and ability to succeed. • Sales Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven industrial sales experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. • Technical Proficiency : Strong mechanical skills and a knack for technical details to help explain the benefits of PavePro’s Asphalt Production Solutions clearly to clients. • CRM Proficiency : Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software, with hands-on experience managing customer data, pipelines, and sales activities. • Business Development Skills : Ability to proactively generate new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with clients. • Self-Motivated and Organized : Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Effective Prospecting Abilities : Strong cold-calling, networking, and appointment-setting skills. • Presentation Skills : Excellent presentation skills with the ability to ask questions and identify with the prospect or customer. • Expert Deal-Closing Skills : Demonstrates superior proficiency in closing deals and negotiating agreements. • Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Customer-Centric Approach : Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service. • Driven to Succeed : Possesses tenacity, a relentless sales drive, and a strong desire to win. • Great Listener : Demonstrates the ability to be a great listener on sales calls. • Work Ethic : Ready to thrive in a non-stop, 24/7/365 environment. • Competitive : You have a strong desire to win and the best in your field. • Energy and Curiosity : High energy and a curious mind that always wants to learn more. • Eagerness to Learn : You’re passionate about becoming an expert in your area.
