📋 Description

• ClassDojo's goal is to give every child on Earth an education they love. • As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in growing ClassDojo’s adoption within schools in the US. • You will build and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers in Districts and Schools. • Drive Outreach efforts: Generate sales-qualified leads for large/medium districts and schools via phone calls, emails or other forms of contact. • Build Relationships with District and School Leaders: Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage and establish relationships with key decision-makers. • Own the Sales Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the sales pipeline for school leaders. • Own Sales Conversations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of ClassDojo in addressing the needs and aspirations of school leaders.

• You have a history of exceeding your sales targets for multiple consecutive quarters and being one of the highest-performers on your team. • You are excited to be a founding member of the team, with a seat at the table for decision-making, experimentation, and analysis • You’d like to build a career in a sales role where you’ll get to build relationships with education decision makers. • You possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey the value of ClassDojo's solutions to educators. • Collaboration and continuous learning are values you hold dear, and you thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. • Your past experience in education technology has given you insights into the nuances of education that uniquely position you for success in EdTech sales. • You have experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, and account executives. • Personalized communication is a strength, and you can tailor your presentations to resonate with educators' specific needs. • You have experience with sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar platforms
