β€’ Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals β€’ Forecast and document all opportunities based on ClickTime sales model and opportunity management definitions β€’ Meet or exceed individual sales quota β€’ Create trusted long-term business relationships with current and future clients β€’ Develop account plans for acquiring business with companies between 500-5,000 employees β€’ Manage contract negotiations β€’ Build cross-functional relationships with ClickTime team members

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years selling in the mid-market and/or enterprise segment, with experience selling SaaS technologies and HR tech/Payroll β€’ Prior experience managing a territory-based quota β€’ Experience presenting to, and running demos, to a C-level executive audience β€’ Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role β€’ Ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop them into a consultative sale
