Description

• Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals • Forecast and document all opportunities based on ClickTime sales model and opportunity management definitions • Meet or exceed individual sales quota • Create trusted long-term business relationships with current and future clients • Develop account plans for acquiring business with companies between 500-5,000 employees • Manage contract negotiations • Build cross-functional relationships with ClickTime team members

Requirements

• 5+ years selling in the mid-market and/or enterprise segment, with experience selling SaaS technologies and HR tech/Payroll • Prior experience managing a territory-based quota • Experience presenting to, and running demos, to a C-level executive audience • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop them into a consultative sale
