Description

• Take ownership of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL's), from initial outreach and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals • Identify new business leads and contact prospective key clients to promote products and services • Manage large, complex and highly visible strategic accounts across EMEA with a focus on the DACH region • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business development, while expanding existing accounts • Focus on value-based selling, revenue growth within existing business, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data • Drive significant coordination across various teams internally - marketing, design, development, operations and finance • Accurately forecast and achieve revenue goals • Maintain assigned key accounts and provide ongoing client support • Develop and implement client relationship management strategies • Communicate with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction. • Recommend and implement improvements to the management of key client relationships • Handle client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems • Monitor sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions

Requirements

• Fluent German and English essential • Third level qualification in a relevant industry • 3 years+ B2B sales experience with multi-market exposure • 1-2 years B2B sales experience within DACH • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships • Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed • Ability to map out and strategically define account plans for key accounts • Excellent at leveraging C-level and other senior relationships • Collaborates cross functionally internally to actualise deal strategy • Ability to negotiate complex deals • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management, reporting, and sales analytics • Experience in SAAS sales an advantage
