Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive webinar registrations and white paper downloads • Optimize CRM systems and integrated dashboards to track results • Execute lead-gen specific email marketing, social media posts and webinar coordination • Provide account and industry research to help Business Development target ideal client profiles • Develop LinkedIn and email outreach plans for business development • Integrate analytics across platforms to build sales and marketing scorecards • Create sales and marketing reporting including weekly sales summaries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance or related field • Minimum 3 years of previous B2B sales operations experience • Self-starter with strong project management and prioritization skills • Experience with CRM reporting and dashboard development • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail • Excellent written communication skills and comfort using GenAI to assist in customizing outreach • Experience with B2B with account-based marketing and selling (ABM/ABS) • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce required, experience with Hubspot preferred • Experience with LinkedIn Navigator and Demandbase preferred • Ability to establish and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers • Excellent at managing projects and priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Sense of humor and self-awareness
