Description

•Xero is a beautiful, easy-to-use platform that helps small businesses and their accounting and bookkeeping advisors grow and thrive. •The Sales Operations Team is the driving force behind the team's business performance. •The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will support systems, tools and processes for effective performance. •The role will assist in increased Marketing and Sales automation, data integrity, training, and sales support. •You will optimize tools, processes and technologies core to our sales teams workflow. •You’ll manage inbound queries and focus on stakeholder management, CRM administration, sales forecasting, sales compensation and lead management.

Requirements

•5+ years of sales operations experience •Proven record conducting data analysis and providing insights via excel/google sheets or other tools (BI, SQL) •Experience supporting a sales team, SaaS business experience is a plus •Extensive CRM system experience, Salesforce preferably •Exposure to change management principles is a plus •Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work autonomously and proactively •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail •Enthusiasm for building strong relationships •Proven ability to communicate and present effectively •Desire to make an impact by supporting diverse and inclusive teams
