Description

• Focus on acquiring new accounts in Energy while supporting existing members. • Identify and act on key opportunities for large accounts, RFP's, and program growth. • Lead efforts to drive sales growth and secure additional business for the department. • Monitor operational results to ensure sales, margins, and expenses align with budgeted targets. • Provide moderately complex support and knowledge of products (fuel, lubricants, propane, and related equipment) and services. • Drive fuel sales growth by acquiring new customers and developing existing relationships. • Proactively identify and secure new account opportunities while collaborating with the Petroleum Division Manager and Home Office. • Track and monitor sales and expenses against forecasts. • Provide input on sales, margins, expenses, capital requirements, and staffing needs for budget development.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in related field is an asset • 5+ years of proven sales and/or business development leadership experience • Strong teamwork and problem solving skills • Ability to build strong relationships and provide high quality customer service • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
