• This individual will develop and grow value-based stakeholder partnerships with nonprofit organizations across community sectors. • Manage day-to-day administration of assigned nonprofit partnerships by building, implementing, and tracking the effectiveness of our stakeholder partnership strategies in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. • Manage disaster relief response working closely with our bottling partners, cross-functional teams, and external organizations. • Collaborate with Stakeholder & Social Impact Management team members and The Coca-Cola Foundation to prioritize investments. • Build system intelligence leveraging our digital community management tools to facilitate decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. • 12+ years’ experience in building and managing partnerships, with accountability for developing and implementing strategies that create mutual value. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build coalitions to identify win-win outcomes. • Business acumen and experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects. • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills.
