• Expert in outbound prospecting • Data-driven selling techniques • Discovery - Quickly uncovering pain points and customer needs • Overcoming objections and managing the sales cycle • Developing value propositions that challenge the status quo • Customer mapping and multithreading • Negotiation and closing skills • Strong project management and execution • Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, Sales, or Engineering departments
