Description

β€’ Research and identify high-potential prospects within the SMB space. β€’ Execute targeted outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities. β€’ Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and move prospects through the sales funnel. β€’ Conduct product demos and deliver tailored presentations to prospective customers. β€’ Develop compelling proposals and value-based solutions aligned with customer needs. β€’ Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets. β€’ Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their business challenges and goals. β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor, offering solutions that align with their talent acquisition strategies. β€’ Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer success. β€’ Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging. β€’ Work with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers for smooth transitions post-sale. β€’ Share market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and sales strategy.

Requirements

β€’ Expert in outbound prospecting β€’ Data-driven selling techniques β€’ Discovery - Quickly uncovering pain points and customer needs β€’ Overcoming objections and managing the sales cycle β€’ Developing value propositions that challenge the status quo β€’ Customer mapping and multithreading β€’ Negotiation and closing skills β€’ Strong project management and execution β€’ Nice-to-Have: Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, Sales, or Engineering departments
