• Our client is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Consultant to join the team in the refractory services industry. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of refractory services, industrial processes, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. • As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth by providing tailored solutions for customers' refractory needs. • Looking for someone to manage Southern Region and be based in that region.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A technical background or experience in industrial services is highly preferred. • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the refractory services industry or similar industrial sectors. Experience in consultative sales and relationship-building with key decision-makers is a must. • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with refractory services, products, applications, and related industries is highly desirable. Ability to learn and understand technical specifications and how they apply to client needs. • Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels. Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet/exceed sales targets. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide practical, cost-effective solutions. • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in driving sales and achieving targets. • Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed to conduct site assessments, meetings, and presentations.
