• Explore and experiment with new and unconventional sources of talent to strengthen the candidate pool. • Enhance and execute Coinbase's talent networking and mapping strategy, building a robust network of potential candidates. • Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent. • Manage a referral program to leverage existing employees’ networks, ensuring a steady flow of referred candidates. • Oversee and expand a gamified talent attraction program to incentivize external talent to participate in Coinbase’s hiring process. • Formulate and execute a strategic plan for job postings across various platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and reach. • Innovate and implement effective screener strategies, such as using ENS addresses, to streamline the candidate screening process. • Participate in candidate research and insight-gathering activities to inform recruitment strategies and enhance candidate engagement. • Perform competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in talent acquisition. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive employer brands, and best practices to ensure Coinbase's talent acquisition strategy remains innovative and effective. • Provide metrics analysis support to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and link initiatives to measurable results. • Ensure all candidate interactions are consistent, accessible, understandable, actionable, and engaging across all touchpoints.
• Active member and contributor to the web3 community with onchain experience is a requirement. • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing. • 3+ years of experience in program management or community building. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience with HR technology platforms and tools. • Strong portfolio showcasing professional achievements in talent acquisition and network building. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Good quantitative and deductive skills, with the ability to support data-driven decisions.
