Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s overall business plan and direction. • Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related issues. • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring employee goals are aligned with organizational objectives. • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness. • Foster a positive company culture that reflects core values. • Identify and implement programs to improve organizational effectiveness and employee development. • Ensure that HR policies comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in a Human Resources role. Particular consideration given to candidates who have experience with quickly scaling businesses, and candidates who have experience particularly at the intersection of tech and finance. • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and experience in managing compliance. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide strategic guidance to senior management. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and innovate outside the scope of existing resources • Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up / technology-centric environment • Ability to translate ambiguous circumstances into clear, actionable next steps to help others navigate change
