Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Data Science or related field • 10 years of experience in HR analytics • 10 years in a leadership role • Experience in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, R, Python) and HR information systems (HRIS) • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Master’s degree/PhD preferred • Workday knowledge preferred
