Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking research for clients • Deliver individualized advice to CHROs and HR leaders • Track and work closely with vendors and market trends • Identify research process improvements • Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in HR functional and/or technology leadership roles • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus • Informed understanding of challenges CHROs face as leaders • Track record of successfully designing and managing HR technology strategies • Deep knowledge of HR tech landscape, including market dynamics and vendors • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Comfort level with presenting at engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Ability to conduct occasional travel
