Description

• The Caregiver Relations Consultant II is responsible for serving as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers who face employee relations matters. • Ensures consistent and best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations. • Adheres to HR policies, compliance with regulatory and policy requirements and standards. • Conducts investigations and provides recommendations for workplace environment improvement. • Maintains HR metrics and dashboards to align actions with findings.

Requirements

• Five years' Experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business. • Five years Demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence. • Five years Demonstrated experience providing high-touch customer service in 'concierge' style environment. • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred) • Upon hire: HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) (preferred) • Three years Additional experience in the specialty areas of HR Service Center, Drug Free Workplace, Compliance, Performance Management, ADA/LOA (preferred)
