Requirements

• 8 + years of HR experience, with a focus on implementing and supporting Global HR programs including organizational development, performance management, manager/leadership development, and succession planning . • Prior experience in HR in a private equity owned company and/or organizations going through significant change strongly preferred. • Bachelor's degree required ; Master’s degree preferred. • Experience with global HR operations, particularly in North America ; Europe and India is a plus. • Ability to provide HR consultation to senior management on strategic initiatives and become a trusted and sought-after HR advisor. • Demonstrated experience effectively supporting multiple Global business lead ers with differing needs and expectations. • Ability to guide and support leaders and employees through change initiatives in a complex environment undergoing significant transformation. • Expert ability to apply multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, DEI, performance management, and employment laws. • Demonstrated proficiency in M365 products, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling presentations. • Strong detail orientation and ability to manage many priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment critical. • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
