β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. β’ 5+ years of proven success in client management, new business development, achieving KPIs, and exceeding sales quotas. β’ Proven track record of acquiring new healthcare provider clients and closing deals for healthcare solutions and services. β’ Hunter with direct sales and the ability to acquire healthcare (provider) new logos. β’ Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotas in complex sales environments utilizing a solution-selling approach. β’ Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. β’ Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. β’ Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. β’ Extensive experience in delivering managed services solutions. β’ Results-oriented, determined, and hardworking. β’ Ability to thrive in a mid-sized company environment (1000+ employees).
