• Are you passionate about driving new business growth and building strong client relationships within the eDiscovery space? • Do you excel in consultative selling and have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets? • The Senior Manager, eDiscovery Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while driving revenue growth within existing client accounts in Conduent's Legal, Compliance & Analytics (LCA) division. This role focuses on expanding relationships with MSA’d clients, pursuing new signings, cross-selling additional capabilities, and capturing new projects to achieve revenue targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with law firms and corporations for eDiscovery services and technology solutions. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence. • Generate leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach efforts. • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including legal counsel, litigation support teams, and compliance officers. • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and aligning eDiscovery solutions to their needs. • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in eDiscovery and legal technology.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience identifying opportunities for growth and securing net new eDiscovery work/projects from existing clients. • Specializing in healthcare, financial services, telecom, technology, or other data-intensive industries with subject matter expertise in eDiscovery and solution selling. • Achieving aggressive business development goals, growing, and managing a thriving portfolio with strong organizational skills. • Leading account strategy, planning, relationship strategy, and effective partnership with internal and external stakeholders. • Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for using technology-based solutions to enhance client operations. • Holding an undergraduate degree; an advanced degree is desirable.
