📋 Description

• Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) is a leading vertically integrated cannabis company based in Sacramento and operating in California, Arizona, and Florida. • As the Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing the Connected brand image and presence in the highly dynamic and regulated cannabis market. • This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of cannabis market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory compliance. • You will coordinate with various teams to create compelling marketing strategies, manage product launches, and ensure all brand activities align with legal guidelines specific to the cannabis industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in botanical sciences or a cannabis-related field is a plus. • Minimum of 3-5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the cannabis, pharmaceutical, alcohol, or related regulated industry. • Strong understanding of the cannabis market, consumer trends, and legal landscape. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. • Creative mindset with a strong ability to think strategically and execute effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-suite, Slack and experience with marketing automation tools is a plus. • Valid CA Drivers License
