(Connected Cannabis Co.) is a leading vertically integrated cannabis company. • About the Job: As the Brand Manager, you will develop and manage the Connected brand image in the cannabis market. • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement brand strategy that includes market analysis and consumer insights. • Campaign Management: Lead creative campaigns and monitor performance for data-driven adjustments. • Product Launches: Initiate the launch of new products and strains. • Trade Marketing: Create and manage marketing materials for trade shows and events. • Sales/Retail Collaboration: Work with sales teams and key retail partners to understand market demands. • Education and Compliance: Stay updated with cannabis laws to ensure compliance. • Brand Performance Presentations: Prepare and present monthly reports on brand performance. • Customer Insights: Conduct consumer research to understand preferences and feedback. • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors’ activities and report to marketing team. • Overall Execution of Brand Marketing: This includes social media, content creation ideas, and campaigns. • Long Term Planning: Support annual operating plan and long-term strategic planning. • Asset Management: Manage our digital assets library and create training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in botanical sciences or a cannabis-related field is a plus. • Minimum of 3-5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the cannabis, pharmaceutical, alcohol, or related regulated industry. • Strong understanding of the cannabis market, consumer trends, and legal landscape. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. • Creative mindset with a strong ability to think strategically and execute effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-suite, Slack and experience with marketing automation tools is a plus. • Valid CA Drivers License
