Description

•Review and process loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy. •Verify and validate data in loan documents to maintain data integrity. •Communicate with applicants to gather necessary documentation and information. •Liaise with 3rd parties to facilitate the loan approval process. •Support brokers with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. •Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the loan process. •Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and respond to inquiries promptly. •Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. •Utilize CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions and loan progress. •Prepare settlement documents and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth settlement processes.
